At the seminar you will also have the opportunity to learn a few relationship building tips. Seminars meet. every other Thurs evening 630-8 P.M. and require prior registration. Group Psychotherapy offers a safe and caring place for clients to learn relationship skills and how to build strong relationships.
Through group psychotherapy you can:

- Learn ways to develop or enhance friendships
- Reduce social anxiety/shyness and fear of criticism.
- Work on codependency issues.
- Increase closeness in your relationships.

Nancy Wesson, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist (psy9621) and the Founder of the Center for the Study of Group Psychotherapy. Psychotherapy Groups are offered Tues and Wed. 6:30-8:00 P.M. $70 per session. Some sliding scale slots available. Prior or current Psychotherapy experience is necessary to join a group. Screening interview required.
